PASD Automation & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of control panels and providing turnkey electrical and automation solutions. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic **Sales / Business Development Executive** to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring the closure of sales deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify new prospects through field visits, digital platforms, references, and industry networking.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- **Client Meetings**: Visit clients on-site to understand requirements, deliver presentations, and maintain rapport.
- **Sales Data Analysis**: Track and analyze sales trends, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with the management team.
- **MIS & Reporting**: Prepare and present regular MIS reports related to sales, follow-ups, and performance KPIs.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Engage in commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely deal closure.
- **CRM & Documentation**: Maintain updated records of clients, interactions, and quotations using CRM tools and internal documentation formats.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Estimation, Production, and Accounts) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset to understand and report sales data

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or any related field
- MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
