**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware, ensuring that all systems run efficiently with mínimal downtime.
- Provide technical support to employees for software and hardware issues, resolving IT-related queries and problems in a timely manner.
- Ensure security by implementing and monitoring firewalls, antivirus software, data backup procedures, and access control policies.
- Maintain and upgrade IT systems, including servers, workstations, and other networking equipment.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and passwords to maintain IT security.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the highest level of availability and performance.
- Conduct regular IT audits and maintain accurate documentation of hardware and software inventories.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and software upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective IT solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an IT Admin Executive or in a similar IT support role, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware, including Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud services, and network configurations.
- Proficiency in installing and managing IT systems, including servers, PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
- Experience with data backup, disaster recovery, and security management.
- Familiarity with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Knowledge of IT security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, antivirus systems, and data encryption.

Pay: ₹20,900.08 - ₹22,547.57 per month
