**Urgent Hiring: Machine Operators (10 Openings)**

We are urgently hiring **10 Machine Operators** with experience in any of the following machines:

- Boring Machine
- Shaving Machine
- Radial Drilling Machine
- All Gear Lathe Machine
- Piling Machine
- Milling Machine

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in any of the above machines
- Willing to work **12-hour shifts**:

- **Immediate joiners** preferred

**Salary**: As per your **last hike/experience**

**Responsibilities**:
**Operate and monitor all gear lathe machines for turning, facing, drilling, threading, and other machining operations.**

**Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.**

**Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials as per job specifications.**

**Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing parts within specified tolerances.**

**Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operations.**

**Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).**

**Report any mechanical issues or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.**

**Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and maintenance.**

**Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).**

**Work collaboratively with team members and support production goals and deadlines.**

Pay: ₹10,724.63 - ₹29,355.16 per month
