The CNC Operator (Turning/VTL/Lathe/Programmer) is responsible for operating and programming CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines such as turning machines, vertical lathe (VTL), and lathe machines to manufacture mechanical components. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of machines and producing accurate, high-quality parts according to the specified requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC turning machines, vertical lathe (VTL), and lathe machines to manufacture mechanical components.
- Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs for turning, lathe, and VTL machines based on design specifications.
- Set up CNC machines, load tools, and calibrate machines to ensure accurate production.
- Inspect and measure parts using tools like callipers and micrometres to ensure they meet required tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or production issues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, tool usage, and machine conditions.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, meeting production targets, and adhering to quality standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
