CNC Operator

**Job Title**: CNC Lathe Operator

**Location**: Par Dankuni, Hooghly

**Job Type**: Full-Time

- Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and productivity.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, etc.
- Maintain production documentation and quality records.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CNC programs (G-code/FANUC preferred).
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
- Preferred Skills: Experience with FANUC controls.
- Basic understanding of tooling and cutting parameters for various materials (MS, SS, Aluminum).
- Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.

**Salary**: Rs. 12000 per month
