- Landis Machine Operator Location Hooghly Singur Employment Type Full-Time Key Responsibilities Operate the Landis Thread Cutting Machine for various bolt sizes M27 - M45 Set up dies chasers and guides as per production requirements Check threads using gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy and conformity to standards Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters for optimal production efficiency Conduct minor maintenance cleaning and lubrication of the machine Maintain proper records of production rejections and downtime in daily production logs Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for inspections and repairs Follow all safety and operational procedures within the factory premises Qualifications Experience Education ITI Diploma in Mechanical Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating Landis or similar thread cutting machines in a fasteners manufacturing unit Technical Skills Knowledge of thread profiles chaser setup and pitch control Understanding of gauges and measurement instruments Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
