We are looking for a skilled **Die Cutting Operator** to run and maintain our die cutting machines. You will work with printed sheets to cut them into specific shapes and sizes based on job instructions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set up and operate die cutting machines (flatbed, rotary, or automatic die cutting machines) according to job specifications.
- Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and product layouts to determine cutting requirements.
- Adjust machine settings (cutting depth, speed, pressure) to ensure precision cutting.
- Install dies and ensure proper alignment and registration with printed sheets or materials.
- Perform quality checks on cut products for accuracy, alignment, and defects.
- Maintain machines by cleaning, lubricating, and conducting minor repairs or adjustments.
- Troubleshoot issues such as paper jams, misfeeds, or poor cuts.
- Collaborate with printing, finishing, and packing teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe condition.
