**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate 8-colour flexographic printing presses.
- Monitor and ensure print quality, making real-time adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
- Manage ink levels, plates, and materials inventory for uninterrupted production.
- Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in flexographic press operation
- Strong understanding of colour calibration and ink management
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Knowledge of printing safety procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

**Experience**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience operating flexographic printing machines (preferably 8-colour)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
