Job Title: Sales Executive - Interior Company

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Executive in an interior-related company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and generating revenue by effectively promoting and selling the company's interior products and services. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those requirements. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. This involves prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and secure appointments.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services. Demonstrate the value proposition, features, and benefits of the interior solutions to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals effectively and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance and market trends.

Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sales support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the interior industry or a related field. Experience in selling interior products, furniture, fittings, or design services is highly desirable.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design concepts, products, and trends. Familiarity with materials, finishes, and construction techniques used in the industry.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Persuasive and customer-oriented approach.

Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Self-Motivated: Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
