**SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE [6 Months to 2 Years of Experience]**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success and should have the ability to identify clients, their needs and requirements, promote our company’s solutions and achieve sustaining and growing business.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- The primary duty of the marketing executive in our company will be **Lead Generation** (Outsource/ Own Project) for employee career growth.
- Generate and pursue new leads and follow up the assigned leads.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Branding
- Marketing
- Articulate / demonstrate features and functionalities of the offerings to potential leads.
- Prepare and submit quotes to the prospective leads.
- Handle negotiations and finalize business deals.
- Track market intelligence particularly relating to new opportunities and competition.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as **Sales & Marketing executive** or similar role in **IT field.**:

- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- BSc / BA / MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary depends upon experience, with incentives..

**Salary **:15,000 to 25,000 PM

**Experience***:6 months to 2 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Ernakulam - 682030, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
