Sales and Marketing Executive

**SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ASST. MANAGER**

We are looking to hire an experienced, young Sales and Marketing Specialist to manage the commercial space sales and marketing of one of our group concerns, and our Study Abroad business in Thripunithura. In this position, you will be involved in developing sales and marketing strategies, and its implementation, along with building and maintaining a customer database, customer relations, customer meetings, digital marketing as well as traditional marketing strategies and plans.

We are looking for a person who is in and around Cochin, with access to their own transportation, preferably a two-wheeler.

**Duties and Responsibilities - Commercial space sales and marketing**
- Lead the sales of space selling inside the mall/shopping complex and streamline the whole process of selling from securing prospects to the closure of the deal.
- Pitch and sell the advertising space according to the targets assigned.
- Assist in preparing the annual Marketing Plan, and ensuring that marketing objectives are achieved, measured and results reported to all relevant stakeholders
- Achieve sales targets.
- Build prospective client databases, do cold calling and build and maintain client relationships
- Competitor analysis and research to draft a proper and effective sales and marketing strategy
- **Online and traditional Marketing**
- Assess the effectiveness of the mall website and implement content improvements and new features to meet on-line objectives.
- Incorporate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
- ROI analysis required on each promotion and feedback to business.
- **Internal Communications**
- Work effectively with internal departments (esp. leasing, specialty leasing, sub-brands and guest services to ensure optimum business effectiveness and information is communicated around the business units and management - new store openings, launches, events, changes to procedures, etc.

**Duties and Responsibilities - Study Overseas**
- Work closely with external agencies to develop yearly media and advertising plans and ensure timely and top-class implementation of all marketing strategies and communications
- Establish relationships with third-party service providers, schools, and other educational institutions.
- Conducting seminars / Presentations to schools / students.
- Visiting Schools colleges & institutes for presentations, door to door campaigns.
- Manage End to End Sales & Marketing for overseas study business - Design, Develop & execute Sales & Marketing Strategy. Sales and Marketing and Business Development plans and activities to generate leads.
- Source potential b2b customers and build new businesses, prepare advertisement, promotional materials, and conduct market research
- The applicant will be responsible for sales and business development.
- Collecting market information about competitors and the latest happenings.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

**Requirements**:

- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in the sales and marketing field is a must.
- Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- Experience digital marketing and traditional marketing
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
