**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into the company's strategies.
- Continuously assess and optimize sales and marketing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
