We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Relationship Manager** to join our dynamic team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring that their experiences with Code Mingle are exceptional. You will act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients with astrology-related inquiries, guiding them through our services, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to clients regarding their astrological needs and services.
- Follow up regularly with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services and offer additional recommendations when applicable.
- **Consultation and Service Guidance**:
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate astrology services based on their personal needs and preferences.
- Explain astrological products and services clearly, ensuring clients understand the benefits and how they align with their goals.
- Coordinate and schedule consultations, ensuring clients are matched with the right astrologers or experts.
- **Client Retention & Satisfaction**:
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for win-win outcomes.
- Continuously gather feedback to improve services and identify new opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- **Sales Support**:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue while providing value to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Track and report on sales activities and client interactions, ensuring clear communication with other departments.
- **Client Education & Engagement**:
- Educate clients on the significance of astrology, the various services Code Mingle offers, and how they can benefit from these offerings.
- Organize and lead educational sessions or webinars on astrology-related topics for clients.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring that information is logged in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on client interactions, satisfaction, and feedback for management review.
- Assist in organizing astrology events or webinars to engage the wider community.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in relationship management, customer service, or account management; experience in the astrology or spiritual wellness industry is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Empathy**: Ability to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions in a compassionate manner.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to identify sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
