Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and manage invoices using company software
- Update stock and inventory records regularly
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as entry of bills and expenses
- Maintain files, records, and documentation in an organized manner
- Support the office team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for smooth workflow
- Help in preparing reports and maintaining data as required
**Requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with accounting or billing software is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- graduate preferred
- Experience: 0-2 years (freshers with good learning attitude are welcome)
**Working Hours**:
Full-time, 9:00AM to 6:30 PM
(Thursday to Tuesday)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
