
Office Assistant

**Office Cleanliness & Maintenance**
Ensure that the office, including desks, pantry, and meeting rooms, are kept clean and organized.
- **Serving Refreshments**
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or water to staff and visitors as required.
- **Document Handling & Filing**
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and delivering papers within the office.
- **Courier & Mail Handling**
Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services promptly.
- **Errands & Outdoor Tasks**
Perform outdoor tasks such as going to the bank, post office, or purchasing office supplies.
- **Inventory Management**
Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies; report when inventory is low.
- **Meeting Room Preparation**
Set up meeting rooms before and after meetings, including arranging chairs, refreshments, and required materials.
- **Visitor Assistance**
Greet and assist guests or visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- **Support to Admin & HR**
Provide general support to the administration or HR department as needed, such as preparing welcome kits or setting up desks.
- **Timely Reporting & Communication**
Communicate promptly about any issues (e.g., equipment breakdown, missing supplies) and follow reporting protocols.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
