Shop Assitant

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries

• Process sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment

• Restock shelves and perform inventory checks

• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

• Use basic computer programs to:

• Enter sales and inventory data

• Check stock availability

• Generate simple reports

• Communicate via email or internal messaging tools

• Assist with online orders, returns, and digital receipts

• Promote store loyalty programs and special offers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

• Familiarity with computers and software such as:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• POS systems

• Email platforms (e.g., Outlook or Gmail)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
