HR & Admin Executive

- Employee Records Management – Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records accurately.
- Recruitment Support – Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Onboarding Process – Support onboarding activities including documentation, ID creation, and induction coordination.
- HRMS Data Entry – Enter and update employee data in HRMS or spreadsheets regularly.
- Payroll Assistance – Provide required data to payroll team such as attendance and leave summaries.
- Administrative Tasks – Handle office admin work like stationery management, vendor coordination, and office upkeep.
- Employee Engagement – Help organize employee engagement events, celebrations, and feedback collection.
- Exit Formalities – Assist in coordinating full & final settlements and exit interviews.
- Compliance Support – Ensure employee documents are in line with statutory and audit requirements.
- Internal Communication – Draft and circulate HR-related communications like notices, policies, and updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month
