Roles & Responsibilities

1 - Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough quality inspections of handbags to ensure they meet the specified quality standards and requirements. This involves inspecting materials, workmanship, stitching, hardware, and overall product appearance.

2 - Defect Detection: Identify and document any defects, flaws, or deviations from quality standards during the inspection process. This includes identifying issues related to stitching, color, size, shape, functionality, and overall product integrity.

3 - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, including detailed reports, photographs, and other relevant documentation. Report any quality issues, non-conformities, or trends to the relevant stakeholders, such as production managers or quality assurance teams.

4 - Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, design, and product development, to identify areas for improvement in the production process. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

5 - Supplier Management: Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they understand and adhere to quality standards and specifications. Conduct periodic audits or visits to supplier facilities to assess their quality control practices and address any concerns.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 3 years (required)
- manufacturing industry: 2 years (required)
