Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for jewelry products.

  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality as per various laboratories in India

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.

  • Document findings accurately, including any deviations or non-conformities observed during the quality control process.

  • Seal and sign approved goods once they meet the quality requirements, ensuring proper packaging and labelling.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the jewelry industry.

  • Communicate daily progress of quality control checks to the Quality Control Manager, highlighting any significant issues or delays.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of inspected goods.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products which includes Diamonds, colored stones & gold

. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures

  • Experience in conducting quality audits and analyzing data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and reporting progress to the Supervisor.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficient computer skills to record and maintain quality control documentation.
