**Job Summary**

The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality across all culinary operations within the Bakery Kitchen. This role involves conducting kitchen audits, monitoring food preparation and storage, ensuring HACCP compliance, and training staff to uphold health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor compliance with local health regulations, and internal food safety policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment, workstations, storage areas, and food handling processes.
- Evaluate the quality of raw materials to ensure consistency and standardization.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain recipe standards and presentation guidelines.
- Inspect incoming food supplies for quality and safety compliance.
- Perform regular food safety and sanitation audits in all food preparation areas.
- Document audit findings and create corrective action plans.
- Maintain updated logs of temperature controls, cleaning schedules, and pest control activities.
- Conduct regular hygiene and food safety training for kitchen staff.
- Promote a culture of cleanliness, food safety, and quality awareness within the culinary team.
- Assist all kitchen staff with proper handling procedures and standards.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor guest feedback and complaints related to food quality and initiate root cause analysis.

**Job Qualification**
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Food Safety, Hotel Management, or related field
- Certification in Food Safety or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervision or food quality assurance role
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene laws, and safety standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
