**Job Title**:Quality Control Coordinator (Third Party Inspection)

**Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, India**

**Industry: Steel & Tubes Manufacturing**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate inspection schedules with third-party inspection agencies (TPI) to ensure timely and efficient inspections of materials, products, and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of inspection plans, checklists, and other quality control documentation in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
- Monitor inspection progress and provide regular updates to project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing inspection reports and test data to identify any discrepancies or non-conformities and facilitate resolution with relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inspections, including reports, certificates, and quality assurance records.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and third-party inspection agencies to address quality-related issues and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Assist in conducting supplier evaluations and audits to assess quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline inspection processes and enhance quality control procedures.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to internal teams on quality control practices and procedures.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Education: Graduate/ Degree / Diploma is preferred
- Experience: min 2 years in Quality Control
