**Job Overview**:
Quality Control Specialist ensures that all diamonds and jewellery products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. The role involves meticulous inspection, adherence to industry benchmarks, and documentation of results to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Examine diamonds and gemstones for cut, clarity, carat, and colour to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., GIA standards).
- Conduct physical inspections of finished jewellery pieces for structural integrity and craftsmanship.
- Maintain and implement quality control protocols throughout the production and finishing stages.
- Utilize tools like microscopes, loupes, and other gemological instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in diamonds, gemstones, or finished jewellery.
- Record inspection results and maintain detailed documentation of findings.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, and sales teams to address quality concerns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Gemology, Jewellery Design, or related field (preferred).
- Certified gemologist (GIA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proficiency with gemological tools (e.g., loupe, microscope, colourimeter).
- Understanding diamond grading and certification standards (GIA, IGI, etc.).
- Familiarity with quality assurance systems and documentation.

5+ Years of experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
