Role: Quality Control Associate

As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our workforce within a unique and innovative environment. We value and reward our employees for their dedication, providing a fantastic opportunity for career development in the Quality Control Assurance field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for Learning & Development (L&D) inquiries, collaborating with the HR team as needed.
- Review call recordings and generate daily call audit reports.
- Assist in the learning and development process of our team by extracting relevant reports.

Desired Profile:

- Proficiency in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly as per the changing nature of the job.

A working knowledge of English is essential, and proficiency in a second language (Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati & Tamil) will be a plus.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Hospitality (Hotel Management) or a relevant degree.
