**Job Title**: Quality Control Officer
**Location**: Juhu

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for various stages of construction.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities, and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure all quality control documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.
- Evaluate and approve materials and suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and material quality.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to address any material quality issues.
- Conduct training sessions for construction teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in quality control and construction engineering.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and third-party inspectors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction or real estate development industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality control and project management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Quality Control is a plus.
