**Location: Sakinaka / Airoli / Ghatkopar / Vikrohli Mumbai, India**

**Reports to: Quality Manager**

Position Overview:
The Q Controller Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control processes within the construction projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, while maintaining the highest levels of quality in construction activities. The supervisor will lead a team of quality inspectors and collaborate with project managers and engineers to uphold quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
1_ Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

2_ Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train quality control inspectors, ensuring effective performance and adherence to quality standards.

3_ Inspection Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, materials, and processes, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.

4_ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Prepare reports and documentation for management review.

5_ Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and promote a culture of quality within the organization.

6_ Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on local regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to quality control in construction.

7_ Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality control data to identify trends, propose improvements, and enhance overall quality performance.

8_ Safety Standards: Ensure that quality control practices align with safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Certifications: Relevant quality control certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control techniques.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with quality management software and MS Office Suite.

Key Competencies:
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and meticulousness in inspections and reporting.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Work Conditions:
Environment: Primarily site-based with occasional office work.

Travel: Willingness to travel to different construction sites within Mumbai and surrounding areas as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
