**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and supervise a team of Quality Control Executives responsible for testing and inspecting chemical products.
2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
3. Inspect prepared Certificates of Analysis (COA) to verify accuracy and completeness of testing data and results.
4. Review and approve dispatches to ensure they meet client requirements and adhere to guidelines and specifications.
5. Conduct regular audits and inspections of quality control processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
6. Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
7. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and proactively address potential quality issues.
8. Train and mentor quality control team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control activities.

**Qualifications**:
1. M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
2. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in quality control within the chemical manufacturing industry, with demonstrated leadership experience.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
4. Experience with analytical instruments and testing methods used in chemical analysis.
5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., ISO, cGMP).
6. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
