**Experience**:

- **2+ years’ in quality control or quality assurance position**:

- **2+ years’ in a supervisory position a plus**

**Eligibility:

- **
- Analytical, logical thought process and attention to detail
- Ability to give solution on identified QC problem
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SAP
- Sufficient knowledge about CAPA / 5S / Check sheet / Control Chart

**Qualification:

- **
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Management

**Job Description:

- **
- Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal regulations for quality control function.
- Lead special inspection tool design process.
- Manage the disposal of non-conforming material, components and products, ensuring that company and product quality requirements are met.
- Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line and customer sites, ensuring all open issues can be closed in a timely manner.
- Interface with suppliers/OEMs on inspection methods, test report requirements in technical agreements, master sample sign-off, on-site inspections, sorting arrangement, and components and products disposal method.
- Manage major inspection activities to support new big projects, quality improvement and cost saving projects
- Keep drawing issues record and feedback to Product marketing and Engineering (designing) team on monthly basis to drive improvement.
- Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc;
- Oversee Mock-up/Control Sample quality inspections/vendor visits.
- Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
- Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
- Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
- Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
- Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
- Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas
- Provide training and support to QA team
- Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
