**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for establishing best in class programs and digital channels for a global B2B brand focusing on the Australia and New Zealand markets.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day execution of digital demand-generation activities (SEM, SEO, web traffic, conversion, etc.)
- Track, test and optimize paid acquisition channels (PPC, retargeting, content syndication, etc.)
- Keep up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Reporting and analysis of campaigns and lead generation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and digital teams, to deliver marketing programmes
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and provide regular reporting and analysis to all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer personas, buyer journeys, and customer pain points to inform marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Education - Bachelor’s Degree. MBA Preferred.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience working as Programme Manager.
- Online marketing experience in the technology sector and the ability to contribute on both strategic and operational levels.
- Outstanding communicator with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into creative and compelling campaigns.
- Should have a strong exposure to Digital Marketing channels.
- Strong team player with excellent organization and people skills.
- Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work in a global, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment
- Should have experience managing digital and social campaigns and measuring their effectiveness
- Should have experience managing vendors and media agencies and technology projects
- Prior experience with Big B2B brands would be preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of any of the following is required : Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Marketing Platform(SA360, Campaign Manager 360, DV360), LinkdeIn ads (Primarily), Programmatic, Google Analytics.

**Engagement Type**:

- Payout will be managed by Uplers
- Job Type: Contract 6 months
- Location: Remote
- The number of working days, the talents will work, gets paid accordingly
