**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, from initial contact through to launch.

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and risk management, to ensure all requirements are met for each merchant.

Communicate with merchants throughout the onboarding process, providing updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns.

Conduct due diligence on prospective merchants to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Provide training and support to merchants on how to use our platform and tools.

Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process to streamline operations and improve the merchant experience.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Graduation degree.

Proven experience in merchant onboarding or a related role, preferably in the payments or e-commerce industry.

Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
