We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Sales and Listings Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online sales channels, including marketplace listings, inventory management, and optimizing sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage product listings across multiple online platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information, pricing, and imagery.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available for sale.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates on online marketplaces.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings and promotional campaigns.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online sales and transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in online sales and e-commerce.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
