**Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Insurance)**

**Job Overview**:
As a Marketing Assistant in the insurance industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and business development activities of the company. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies, supporting promotional campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall brand presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote insurance products and services.
- Coordinate with marketing team members to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
- **Content Creation**:

- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing engaging and informative content for digital and print channels.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to help inform marketing strategies and improve targeting.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support the planning and execution of events, such as seminars, webinars, and conferences, to promote insurance products.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities related to events.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Assist in managing the company's online presence, including social media accounts and website content.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining effective communication with existing and potential customers.
- Support customer feedback initiatives and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, underwriting, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
