**Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our software products and services.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing.

3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our software products to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.

4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-up calls.

5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.

6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and lead status in the CRM system.

7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services.

8. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.

2. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.

3. Product Knowledge: Quick learner with the ability to understand and communicate technical information about software products.

4. Target Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a sales or tele-calling role.

5. Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.

6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.

7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

**Education and Experience**:
1. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2. Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
