Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Tele caller and play a crucial role in promoting our makeup academy through effective communication with potential students.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about our makeup courses.
- **Inquiry Handling**: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and guide potential students through the enrollment process.
- **Follow-up**: Implement follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into enrolled students.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and outcomes in the database.
- **Targets**: Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the academy.

Qualifications:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- **Customer Service**: Prior experience in customer service or tele sales is an advantage.
- **Persistence**: Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue enrollment goals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to streamline the enrollment process.
