Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Noida. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote and sell our services. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers, as well as training new Tele Caller.

**Requirements**:
1. Good Communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers

2. Loan and customer support experience

3. Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets

4. Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques

5. Good in English and Hindi

6. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

7. Experience should be atleast of 6months to 1years.
