- 1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our software products and services.
- 2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing.
- 3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our software products to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
- 4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-up calls.
- 5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- 6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and lead status in the CRM system.
- 7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services.
- 8. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
- 2. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
- 3. Product Knowledge: Quick learner with the ability to understand and communicate technical information about software products.
- 4. Target Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a sales or tele-calling role.
- 5. Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
- 6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
- 7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- **Education and Experience**:

- 1. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2. Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
