We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Customer Service Representative** with strong **calling** and **tele calling** skills to coordinate with our social media clients. The primary role involves **calling** clients regularly to collect content (photos, videos, captions) and assist them in providing access to their Facebook and Instagram pages.

This is a client-facing **calling** role that plays a crucial part in ensuring our creative and social media teams receive timely content to deliver quality marketing results. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **calling** and **tele calling** activities to connect with all social media clients.
- Collect content such as images, videos, offers, and promotional material through **calls** and WhatsApp.
- Help clients provide access to their Facebook and Instagram accounts over **calls**.
- Provide excellent client service by addressing queries and guiding them through technical steps over **calling**.
- Maintain regular follow-ups via **calls** to ensure smooth content delivery.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client inputs are shared in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper call logs, feedback, and reporting.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a **calling**, **tele calling**, or **customer service representative** role.
- Excellent verbal communication in [insert relevant languages - e.g., Hindi and English].
- Comfortable handling a high volume of **calling** tasks daily.
- Ability to understand basic social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Patient, empathetic, and good at building relationships through **calls**.
- Organized with attention to detail and timely follow-ups.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a digital marketing or social media agency environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or call management software is a plus.
- Ability to handle non-tech-savvy clients with clarity and patience.
