- Your role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to process transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams and communicate with the Onsite Team._
- Responsibilities_
- _Transaction processing for Underwriting Support Teams_
- _Communicating with the Onsite Team_
- _Responsible for Submission Clearance, Bookings, Endorsement Processing, Renewal Processing_
- _Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution_
- _Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and reaching targets and deadlines on a timely basis._
- _Process different types of system transactions within the established authority level i.e. data modification via rewrite transactions._
- _Input data on the policy management system and gather information using various computer-based software programs._
- _Maintain accountability and quality standards on tasks assigned._
- _Support Conversion activities post and pre as allocated._
- _Perform other support / admin tasks as assigned._
- _Responsible to handle time bound cases_

- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Any Undergraduate/Graduate (Except Commerce & Tech Background)._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Strong Analytical and investigative skills_
- _Good communication skills both verbal and written for English_
- _Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook E-mail, Excel_
- _Good typing skills and basic PC operating skills_
- _Ability to multi-task_
- _Detail-oriented_
- _Open for night shift_
