- In this role, you will be responsible to work on new business submission to validate availability of minimum required information in the document and segment the same to correct underwriting department with proper platform setup_
- Responsibilities_
- _Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP_
- _Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA_
- _Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives_
- _Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems._
- _Assist with/perform other team tasks as required._
- _Accurately maintain and record data for production_

- Qualifications we seek in you:_
- Minimum Qualification:_
- Any graduate (except technical, BE and LLB)_

- Essential skills:_
- _Good analytical and problem solving skills_
- _Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders_
- _Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change_
- _BPO or Captive work experience._
- _Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills._
- _Ability to facilitate and own resolution of discrepancies and disputes._
- _Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints._
- _Ability to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies._
- _Ability to successfully interact in a challenging and high-risk collection environment with demanding internal and external customers._

- Technical skills:_
- _Excellent command and Excel tools from day to day operations delivery standpoint_
- _Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word_
- _Good typing skill with high accuracy._

- Type of Experience (Not mandate)_
- _Property and casualty insurance (UA or underwriting assistant)_
- _BPO work experience with another Genpact global client is a preference._
