- Your role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to process transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams and communicate with the Onsite Team._
- Responsibilities_
- _Transaction processing for Underwriting Support Teams_
- _Communicating with the Onsite Team_
- _Responsible for Endorsement Processing_
- _Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution_
- _Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate (in any discipline)_
- _Relevant work experience for P&C Insurance market_
- _Should have wing to wing knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle_
- _Must demonstrate and foster customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative and innovation._
- _Fluent in English language
- both written and oral_

- Preferred qualifications_
- _Insurance domain awareness_
- _Good knowledge of MS Office_
- _Preferred with certification on one of the streams i.e. CII i.e. ALMI, FIT or Cert CII or equivalent or AINS, CPCU certification_
- _Knowledge of Bureau/Non Bureau market_
- _Knowledge of end to policy life cycle (Submission till Endorsements and UW Support Tasks)_
- _Exposure to Reinsurance Market and it's types such as Prop and Non prop_
- _Exposure to Treaty and Fac Reinsurance_
