
Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Relationship Management: Develop** and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers through regular visits, communication, and understanding their needs.
- **Market Penetration**:Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and increase product penetration within the assigned territory.
- **Product Promotion**:Actively promote new product launches, special offers, and existing product lines through in-store demonstrations, sampling, and persuasive selling techniques.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights to inform sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:Track sales performance, monitor key metrics, and provide accurate sales reports to management, identifying areas of improvement.
- **Merchandising and Display Management**:Ensure proper product placement, pricing, and visibility on shelves in retail outlets through effective merchandising practices.
- **Sales Planning and Execution**:Develop and implement effective sales plans, including call schedules, sales strategies, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
