**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Follow-up Communication: Ensuring that customers receive timely updates regarding the status of their issues, requests, or inquiries, and confirming resolution or satisfaction.
- Managing Escalations: Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Continuously monitor and improve performance metrics for client accounts, ensuring quality standards are met.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of business process outsourcing and/or co-outsourcing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Education UG /PG must
- Fluent English

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,755.51 per month
