Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver product demos to our customers with Recooty's software and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the Recooty software.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
- Update customer records and communicate relevant information to other team members as needed.
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives.
- Continuously develop product and service knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 0-1 year of customer support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer support software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Conditions:

- This is a full-time position that may require working outside of standard business hours.
