The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, managing customer experience and relationships, conducting sales activities, and providing training.Qualifications

- Sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Training skills to train customers on our products and services
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- **Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field**:

- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred

**Experience: Fresher - 6 Month**
**Location: Indore (MP) - WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY**

- Night shift

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
