**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **100+ outbound calls daily** to new and existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Respond to customer queries through calls and messages
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Follow up for payments and order updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
- Maintain polite, professional communication in **Hindi & English**:

- Prepare call logs, reports, and maintain records

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in telecalling, sales calling, customer support, or CRM (preferred)
- **Languages**: Hindi & English (must)
- **Skills**:

- Pleasant & clear voice
- Confident communication
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, CRM)
- Ability to handle high-volume calls
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- **Personality**: Energetic, extroverted, quick learner, customer-focused
