Our client is a leading financial services company with presence across the globe. They are hiring for AVP - Finance Control (Indian entities).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform legal entity controller responsibilities, including monthly financial review of entity balances, board reporting, attestation of all LE owned balances, etc.
- Manage end-to-end statutory and internal audits.
- Manage statutory compliances relating to Indian Entity - Direct Tax (withholding tax, advance tax, transfer pricing) and In-direct Tax (GST & Custom Laws) and EOU/ STPI/ FEMA.
- Manage treasury activities
- managing liquidity and funds requirements while ensuring maximum yield.
- Demonstrate innovation with a focus on improving processes, enhancing efficiencies, and adding value, ensuring quality consciousness in all aspects of the team.

**Role requirements**:

- Qualified CA with minimum 10 years post qualification experience preferably in Banking/Financial Services/KPO.
- Good working knowledge of accounting systems and reporting tools in the ERP environment such as Oracle/ SAP.
- Exposure to financial accounting and reporting in a financial service industry and possessing good knowledge of India accounting standards (IFRS/IND AS preferred) and India tax/regulatory environment.
- Exposure to transfer pricing revenue (cost plus mark-up) management in an IT/ITES industry will be an added advantage.
