**Job Description**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in Chargeback process for a Banking Client
- Need to have Core experience in Chargeback Filing
- Complete Knowledge and ability to handle end to end Investigations, decision making, raising chargeback for the disputed transactions and dispute inquiries for both Acquiring and Issuing transactions
- Work with peers and leadership to communicate Chargeback & Fraud trends and share best practices, ideas and information
- Learns or remains current on Visa rules and regulations, federal and state regulations and internal procedures that affect chargeback dispute processing
- Handles/resolves non-posted items, retrieval projects and authorization chargeback s
- Keeping staff informed on the process changes with reference to Chargeback Process laid down by Franchise / Country / Regulatory authorities and the impact of these changes
- Experience in managing Transition Training of Issuing and Acquiring Chargebacks and Card maintenance processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent team building & leadership qualities and natural ability of coaching team mates for giving requisite knowledge and skills.
- Developed new strategic plans for productivity, quality improvement, revision of SLAs (yearly basis) for the process.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement by leading through example and encouraging idea generation through projects and exploring opportunities for process improvements, automations and implementing the same in concurrence with onshore counterparts.
- Effective supervision, coaching & development of the team members, monitoring of the process performance to enable delivery of quality customer service at all times.
- Regular interaction (need-based or on-going, as applicable) with onshore counterparts (manage queries, escalations and resolution in a timely manner) & keep the Client informed of task accomplishment, issues and status on the same.
- Assuring that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate in their job and are also trained on new products or changes in the process.
