**JOB DESCRIPTION OFFSET MACHINE OPERATOR**:
Present in the factory 10 minutes before the normal working hours.
- Confirm machine is in proper working conditions before commencing the printing process.
- Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings and the print is exactly matching with the customer’s requirements and Shade Card.
- Obtain approval to start printing work as scheduled/planned from Quality in-charge and Production in-charge.
- Make sure samples are checking on real time basis and detailed inspection for every 500 units were done and the same need to be certified by quality in-charge before continuing the process.
- Trial Run sample sheet must keep separately and identify the defects in quality, if any and reason for the rejection must keep updated and notified in the due course of time.
- Duly fill up the check list consistently before commencing next process/level.
- Operates various types of offset printing machines; 4 ,5, and 6 colour UV etc.
- Reviews client requests to understand scope and parameters of printing jobs.
- Setting up quantities, colour etc. required for printing job.
- Aligns and configures machinery as per the works order.
- Maintaining inventory and other registers as needed to operate printing machines.
- Troubleshoots issues with printing machine and makes basic repairs.
- Performs routine maintenance on printing machines in association with maintenance team.
- Prepare and submits daily planned and actual production, rejected material, sample material used etc.
- Maintains a clean area around printing machinery throughout the machine operation.
- Makes necessary arrangements, repairs & maintenance,
