**Job Designation**: HMC Machine operator

**Qualification and Experience**:ITI/DME with minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in HMC CNC Machine operator cum programmer.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Hands on experience in CNC HMC heavy duty machines with double pallet.
- Understand & Develop CNC programs for milling machine & develop/Prove out components as per process guideline.
- Experience in 2D. 3D Programming more advantage.
- Experience in 3 axis &4 axis (5 axis will be an added advantage )
- Should have proper knowledge of setting, Jig/Fixtures.
- Should be strong in documentation process, programme development and subsequent revisions.
- Should be responsible for the quantity & quality of output produced in the machines.
- Should be able to read and understand Drawings, Work instructions.
- Should have basic knowledge on selecting Tool Holders, Cutting tools, Inserts, Cutting parameters.
- Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micro meter, Vernier Calliper, Height gauge, bore dial gauge etc.
- Should be able to train people to operate and set CNC & HMC machines.
- Should have knowledge on 5S and Safety.
- Should be willing to work in shifts

**Salary**: As per the current CTC

- VMC/HMC: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
