**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsible for operation, loading parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.

Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and set up requirements.

Execution of production requirements as per weekly production plan and Ensure productions rates are met or exceeded.

Routine and predictive maintenance of machines. Control of critical machine spares. Reports all machine malfunctions & breakdowns to Management.

Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements. Utilization of man, machine, and material. Machine surrounding housekeeping.

Should have the ability to reduce setup time and machining through process improvement.Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mysore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
