Education:

- Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:

- Total Experience : 5 Years with in Real Estate Sales
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including knowledge of NA plots and land development regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and attend events.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property tours and site visits.
- Ethical conduct and integrity in all sales interactions, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct property tours and site visits with potential buyers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and client interactions, using CRM software.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach and build relationships.
- Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with legal requirements in all sales activities.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
